Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP conflicts, DNS issues
- Configure switch ports and patching
- Basic firewall awareness (Fortinet / Sophos is a plus)
- Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, licenses)
- Perform system updates, patching, and antivirus management
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
- Ensure IT compliance and security policies are followed
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Active Directory & user management
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support
- Hardware troubleshooting

- Ensure IT compliance and security policies are followed, Internal/External Audit, SOP.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain incident logs and resolution records
- Provide daily/weekly IT reports
