We are seeking a dynamic Senior Design Engineer to work at our India Engineering Center campus in Bengaluru, India.



The successful candidate will join the Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) Design team to provide engineering solutions for our Geared Turbo Fan and Operational Commercial engine families. This includes various cold section hardware like disks, IBRs, cases, airfoils & actuation system etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and technically sound design solutions within program schedule milestones.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Understand design requirements, processes and drive tasks to closure independently.
- Learn and apply sophisticated solid modeling and analysis tools in a highly proficient manner.
- Utilize standard work, DFMEA/FMECA, Tolerance stack-up, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and other design tools to design and continuously improve hardware.
