About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant & Dispatch Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations, production coordination, manpower, inventory, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing plant operations and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations

Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth plant functioning

Plan and monitor daily dispatch and delivery schedules

Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and transport teams

Ensure timely loading and dispatch of products as per customer requirements

Manage plant manpower, shifts, and daily workforce allocation

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material movement

-
Maintain proper records of production, dispatch, stock, and vehicles

Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners

Ensure proper handling, storage,



and movement of products

Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns

Ensure compliance with plant safety and operational procedures

Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution

Prepare regular plant and dispatch reports for management

Requirements

-
4–7 years of experience in plant operations, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing

-
Hands-on experience in plant and dispatch management

-
Experience managing workers/manpower and coordinating with multiple teams

-
Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory, and transportation coordination

-
Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, industrial gas, or similar plant environment preferred

Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously

Positive communication and documentation skills
