Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform. We are backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway (now General Catalyst). We have built the largest white-collar talent database in India and have built tools to run outbound recruiting campaigns to them.

About the role

A company books a demo with us because their hiring is stuck. From that first call until they're a paying, active customer, they're yours.

You won't be prospecting from zero — inbound and our own outbound put founders and talent leads on your calendar every week. What happens after is entirely on you: run the demo, understand what they're actually hiring for, show them how the database and campaign tooling solve it, close the subscription, and make sure the account starts well rather than quietly going cold in month two.

That means you carry a number, and the number is visible.



A week full of warm conversations that closed nothing is a bad week, and we'll both know it. In exchange you get a product companies already want, real demand coming in, and nobody scripting your calls.

What you'll actually do

On any given day you might be:
- Running demos of platform.weekday.works with founders and talent leads, and reading what they actually need behind what they say they need
- Pulling live searches during the call so a prospect sees their own hiring problem solved in front of them
- Chasing the follow-up relentlessly — pricing, procurement, the person who went quiet after a outstanding first call
- Negotiating and closing subscription deals, and knowing which ones to walk away from
- Handing accounts to customer success cleanly, and staying close enough that what you promised is what gets delivered
