OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A;) team supporting a US/Global business unit (BU) within Takeda's GCC in India. This is a people-management role —accountable for the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all analytics produced by the team. The Senior Manager coaches and guides Analysts through their work, ensures accountability for all deliverables, manages the day-to-day relationship with the BU's US I&A; stakeholders, and remains hands-on on complex analyses when required.
