Key Responsibilities

Claims Management & Reserve Analysis

· Analyse claim files to ensure proper handling, documentation and coordination with adjusters, TPAs, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate claim documentation and audit-ready records to support effective claims management and compliance.

· Classification of claims into Primary and Contingent for accurate reserve analysis.

Insurance Invoices

· Review TPA invoices related to claim payments daily to ensure transactions are accurately reclassified and recorded in the appropriate books of accounts.

· Actively support franchisees by addressing and resolving insurance premium-related inquiries in a timely manner.

· Obtain necessary approvals and coordinate the timely processing of check payments to ensure compliance with payment requirements.

· Perform insurance-related accounting activities during the month-end close process and reconcile journal entries across all insurance categories to ensure accuracy, and compliance with accounting requirements.





Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve claim management processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with brokers, TPAs, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claim issues and improve service levels.
- Participate in transformation initiatives, automation projects, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, Analytics or related field.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Insurance, Risk Management, Insurance Claims, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, or related insurance operations.
- Experience supporting U.S. insurance programs, working with TPAs, insurance carriers, brokers and retail store operations preferred.
