About the Role

As the Lead – Data, Systems & Automation at IIDE's Corporate Office in Lower Parel, you will take ownership of the organization's evolving data ecosystem, business systems, integrations, automation, and reporting infrastructure.

As IIDE scales across websites, LMS platforms, student and internal portals, CRM systems,



marketing platforms, payment systems, and other business applications, you will play a pivotal role in building a centralized and scalable technology ecosystem. A key focus of the role will be establishing the organization's central data platform as the source of truth while ensuring connected systems exchange and consume data accurately and reliably.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines data and database architecture, systems thinking, API integrations, automation, reporting, and people management. You will work closely with technology and business teams to understand complex problems, design scalable solutions, and lead the team responsible for implementing and maintaining them.
