Job Title: Consultant – D365 F&O; AMS System-Admin
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.
Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

D365 AMS support team (with functional knowledge and sys admin support experience)
. Manage ticket queues and workload distribution
. Drive SLA and KPI compliance
. Manage escalations and stakeholder communication
. Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings
. Review RCA and Problem Management activities
. Support continuous service improvement initiatives
