Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, governance, security, data modeling, and best practices across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and CMDB.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform strategy, data model, integration architecture, and governance standards.
- Design scalable and secure solutions across ServiceNow modules, including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- CMDB/CSDM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM




- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Architect integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and APIs.
- Review solution designs, customizations, workflows, business rules, and application development activities.
- Support platform upgrades, release management, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Conduct client workshops, solution reviews, and architecture governance meetings.
- Create architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational IT strategy.
- Drive adoption of AI/Automation capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
