As a Crew Accommodations Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations supporting accommodation services for crew members and business travelers.
You will be responsible for ensuring reliable service delivery, solid operational performance, and adherence to established service level agreements and policies.
The role combines people leadership, operational planning, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
You will oversee staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, and issue resolution while ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and the end-to-end accommodation experience.
