ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Assistant Manager – Fittex to support the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management of the Fittex business. The candidate will assist the Manager in achieving business targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the overall day-to-day operations of Fittex.
- Support the Manager in achieving sales and business targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, customer service, and other internal departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Support employee scheduling, attendance monitoring, and team coordination.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and operational standards are followed.




- Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and business strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Submit regular updates and reports to the reporting Manager.
