As a Lead Project Management Engineer at GE Vernova Gas Power, you'll own end-to-end delivery of aftermarket upgrade projects across some of the most sophisticated equipment in the power industry, including Industrial Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), and balance-of-plant systems.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of accountability and collaboration — someone who can lead cross-functional teams, navigate complexity, and keep both the customer and the business moving in the same direction.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Own the customer relationship from project kick-off through close-out, serving as the primary GE Vernova point of contact and driving timely resolution of any issues that arise.




- Lead end-to-end project execution — coordinating engineering, procurement, shipping logistics, field outage scope, and performance demonstration to ensure delivery on time and on target.
- Manage project financials including sales, cost, margin, invoicing, receivables, and change orders, with full accountability for margin attainment and enhancement.
- Drive project schedule in close collaboration with the Project Planner/Scheduler, managing critical path activities and responding decisively to scope or schedule changes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle, and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and execution excellence reviews.
- Partner with regional GE Vernova teams to support portfolio growth, capture cost of poor quality, and reinforce high fulfillment standards across the business.
