Job Description:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services domain.
- Good understanding of AI/ML model concepts and their business applications.
- Deep knowledge of banking services including retail, corporate, fraud/disputes, investment banking, and wealth management.
- Exceptional documentation skills – ability to create clear, structured, and accurate requirement documents, process maps, and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
- Proven ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.

Duties:
- Analyze and interpret AI models and business capabilities, and align them with financial products and services.
- Translate business requirements into clear,



detailed system requirements, ensuring engineering teams are aligned and implementation-ready.
- Lead cross-functional communication between business stakeholders, AI/data science teams, and engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding and smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance and regulatory standards in the banking and financial services setting.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring business goals and AI model performance remain aligned.
