Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented Service Crew Members to support daily restaurant operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing good customer service, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite and skilled manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process them according to established procedures.




- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
- Assist customers with menu-related queries and basic requests.
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, counters, service stations, and other assigned areas.
- Clear tables and clean service areas after customers finish their meals.
- Assist with setting up tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle food and beverages according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order service.
- Refill service items, condiments, napkins, and other supplies as required.
- Follow proper customer service, food safety, and workplace procedures.
- Report customer complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.
