Diagnose and fix complicated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation breakdowns quickly. Take the lead in Root Cause Failure Analysis to stop recurrent machine failures. Implementing Total Productive Maintenance /(TPM/) involves working with production teams to train operators on fundamental machine checks, lubrication procedures, and cleanliness requirements. TPM pillars include Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Kobetsu Kaizen. Spare Parts Management & Inventory Optimisation/:
