Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition skilled to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct Boolean searches and targeted talent mapping to identify relevant candidates.




- Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and ensure timely communication.
- Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and offer rollouts in coordination with relevant teams.
- Track candidates through the ATS and ensure recruitment documentation and data are updated accurately.
- Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure positions are closed within agreed TATs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline, challenges, and closures.
- Support recruitment analytics and reporting, including hiring funnel, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
