What would you do? • This role is part of the Global Capability Center GCC and is designed to take on key sales administrative and data management activities currently handled by Customer Engagement Support Executives CESs.



The objective is to free up CES capacity for higher value client facing strategic work while the GCC team delivers accurate timely and process driven operational support.

• Supporting the sales for License training pricing budgeting and negotiation Backend support

• Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
• • Experience working with retail or CPG data platforms such as Circana IRI Nielsen retailer portals
• • Familiarity with category management concepts and retail sales processes
• • Prior experience in a GCC shared services or offshore support workplace
• • Exposure to process improvement standardization or automation initiatives
