Your role and responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires a solid technical leader with extensive experience in React or Angular, .NET,
and modern software architecture to design and deliver scalable industrial software platforms.
You will lead the architecture and development of cloud-native, high-performance applications that integrate Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems while driving engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle. You will also champion AI-assisted software engineering practices by enabling development teams to leverage LLM-powered coding assistants and AI agents to accelerate software delivery, testing, and architectural decision-making.
