Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Test Automation with 13-15 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance Engineering. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, testing practice management, solutioning expertise, and client engagement experience to drive quality transformation across complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping QA and automation strategies, leading testing teams, supporting RFP responses, presales and solutioning initiatives, and driving the adoption of modern quality engineering practices, including CI/CD, Continuous Testing, and AI-enabled testing. Experience in Digital Commerce, Retail,



or other large-scale customer-facing platforms is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise and programme-level Quality Assurance strategies aligned with business objectives, technology architecture, delivery models, and risk. Assess existing testing practices and establish QA transformation roadmaps, target operating models, governance frameworks, engineering standards, and measurable quality outcomes.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose test automation architectures covering UI, API, integration, component, contract, and end-to-end testing. Define automation frameworks, reusable components, test-data strategies, reporting, setting requirements, maintenance approaches, and technology selection based on application architecture, project requirements, scalability, maintainability, and overall QA strategy.
