About the role
The HR Business Partner for Haleon Global Capability Center (GCC) will partner with senior leaders in the center to deliver the people agenda in support of business priorities.
The role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating center and functional priorities into integrated people plans that enable performance, engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness and long-term capability building. Operating in a global matrix workplace, the role will collaborate closely with global HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence and local HR teams to deliver consistent, scalable and business-focused HR solutions for the functional groups supported.

- Support the delivery of organisational change and transformation initiatives across the D&T; function.
- Maintain and improve workforce data quality to support reporting, headcount management and workforce planning.
