Job Description:

Job Objective

To manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and HR administration while supporting business and workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining, documentation, induction and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll, salary inputs, deductions and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, KRA/KPI and confirmation processes.
- Support training, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance and attrition reports.




- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and company processes.
- Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee data.
- Support general administration and office/plant HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 7–12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in manufacturing / cosmetics / personal care / FMCG / pharma industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
