This role is designed for a highly autonomous engineer who uses AI as a core part of their development workflow to create meaningful business impact. You will identify opportunities, define solutions, and take products and systems from discovery through production and continuous iteration. The position spans the full engineering lifecycle, with opportunities to work across full-stack applications, backend services, automation, data, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows. You will collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders to solve ambiguous problems and deliver measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Use AI-assisted development practices to rapidly prototype, validate,



and deliver production-ready software solutions.
- Identify opportunities where software, automation, data, or AI can improve operational efficiency, products, or revenue outcomes.
- Own solutions end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through architecture, implementation, deployment, measurement, and ongoing iteration.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define solutions, communicate trade-offs, and measure results.
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, automations, and internal tools that deliver measurable business value.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and the long-term evolution of platforms and systems.
