n✅ Strong experience across major Oracle Fusion HCM modules
n✅ Good understanding of global and local HR compliance, payroll processes, and security frameworks
n✅ Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integration mapping
n✅ Experience in Oracle HCM integration patterns and reporting frameworks
n✅ Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
n✅ Solid analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
n✅ Ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions
