The Team:

The Equity Data value stream at S&P; Dow Jones Indices is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting the company's product offerings. This team ensures the accuracy, consistency, and ethical use of data across SPDJI data assets and AI solutions, playing a pivotal role in data governance and quality management.

Responsibilities and Impact:
• Execute and operationalize data and AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for critical financial products.
• Design and execute robust data quality monitoring programs, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with data owners to implement corrective actions and drive measurable improvements in data integrity.
• Support AI risk assessments by evaluating potential biases and unintended consequences, maintaining AI model inventory, and collaborating with AI Solutions Experts to ensure responsible AI practices.
• Participate in project intake and review processes,



providing guidance on governance requirements and identifying risks to ensure compliance and support successful project outcomes.
• Serve as a governance resource and advisor to value stream SMEs, fostering a culture of governance by developing training materials, facilitating awareness sessions, and building robust relationships with stakeholders.
• I dentify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in governance processes, staying current on emerging technologies and contributing ideas to enhance frameworks and operational practices.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
