We are looking for a Client Servicing executive / associate, who is organized, can communicate
effectively and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. You should be adept at managing
multiple tasks seamlessly and possess a team-oriented spirit to work with multiple functional
teams.

Your role will involve managing project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining
clear communication channels with all stakeholders. You would be adaptable, proactive, and
continually seek to improve project processes and outcomes.

Overview

Responsibilities:
Managing Client Relationships
Overseeing, supervising, coordinating and managing projects and tasks related to the
clients.
Understand clients marketing objectives/needs and conceptualize solutions.
Scheduling regular status updates and providing them with project metrics to show that
the project is progressing as planned.
Lead and assist team in creating and conducting client review presentations
Work with the team to proactively push clients to explore new avenues and establish the




agency’s growing role
Understand clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
Project Scheduling & Execution

Others:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
Ensure resources are allocated to a task basis availability and skill set
Prepare reports and way-forward documents
Work with planning and design teams to ensure efficient execution of client's brief
Review creative materials based on the brief, platform requirements and best practices
Identify and mitigate risks, escalate before the situation gets out of hand
Coordinate with cross-functional teams - media, SEO, eComm, Analytics
Maintaining project & finance trackers to keep track of account revenue
End to end management of finance process – cost estimate creation, coordinating with
relevant team for Estimate creation, PO & invoicing.
