Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Design and development of Suspension aggregates for LCV, ICV,& HCV platforms
2) Deliver Suspension aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects. Valuable domain knowledge of Suspension & suspension kinematics, wheel alignment parameters like caster, camber, thrust angle etc.
3) Handling product lifecycle activities for new projects/modification projects (CAD data proposal preparation, EBOM release activities etc)
4) Resolve build & validation concerns
5) Design allied activites like SOR,CIR, DFMEA, DVP, FTR preparation and signoff
6) Interact with CFT for DFM,DFA,DFS clearances
7) Ideation and implementation of IMCR activities
8) Vehicle Dynamics, Physical Metallurgy & Manufacturing processes,
9) DFMEA, DVP, APQP, G8D problem solving, DFA/DFS, NVH, VA/VE Techniques
10) Ensure Engineering Project Deliverables with TCP targets

Experience

5- 8 yrs for B.E. Or M.E./M. Tech
