About the Role

The University is establishing a formal Parent Engagement and Communication function for the first time. The role holder will be responsible for helping design, establish, and operationalise the University's parent communication ecosystem from the ground up.

The role combines parent engagement, communication, coordination, content development,



service operations, and data-driven improvement. The individual will serve as an significant interface between parents and the University, ensuring that parents receive timely, accurate, consistent, and meaningful communication while enabling the University to understand and respond effectively to parent needs.

The role will also contribute to the eventual establishment of a formal Parents' Office within the University.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establishing the Parent Communication Function
- Assist in designing and establishing the University's parent communication framework, processes, and protocols.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling parent communication and queries.
- Establish communication channels, escalation mechanisms, response protocols, and service standards for parents.
- Create and maintain a central repository of parent-related information, communication templates, FAQs,
