Role Summary

Associate Manager in the Programmes department,



responsible for overseeing centre management and day-to-day operations at the assigned centre.

Lead centre planning and scheduling for engagement activities to ensure smooth execution and consistent participant experience.

Work closely with Aakriti volunteers to support mentorship, development, and an empowering centre environment.

Coordinate engagement with third-party stakeholders and Arvind Senior Management to support effective programme delivery.

Maintain monitoring, data management, and reporting of centre activities at defined intervals.
