Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Crew members to support daily kitchen operations. The selected candidates will assist with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, handling ingredients, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food production.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and have a good understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, chop,



and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
- Assist with basic cooking and food preparation activities.
- Support the preparation of items such as sandwiches, burgers, grilled items, BBQ, shawarma, and other food products, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Properly store and handle food ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow proper food handling and portion-control procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas after use.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.
- Follow instructions from chefs, supervisors, and other senior kitchen staff.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy kitchen operations.
