About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Firmware Test Automation Engineer to lead the automation and validation strategy for OpenBMC firmware across enterprise server and storage platforms. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable automation frameworks, establishing validation methodologies, driving CI/CD integration,



and ensuring firmware quality throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in OpenBMC, firmware validation, Python automation, Robot Framework, server management technologies, and test infrastructure development. This position requires solid technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive automation transformation initiatives across multiple projects and customer programs.
