Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control of utility operation and ensure the Supply of uninterrupted utilities to production as per the requirement.
- Ensure the execution of Preventive Maintenance of Utility & ETP Equipment's as per schedule.
- Perform the maintenance activity of Brine chilling units, Water chilling plants,
Cooling tower and Nitrogen generation plant.
- Perform the preventive maintenance of Water chilling plant/Brine Chilling Plant/AC/Cold Room/Utility Tank cleaning as per PM Schedule.
- Coordination with Purchase & Store department for spare management.
- Planning & Supervision of day to day maintenance activities with issuing the relevant safety permits.
- To identify hazard before starting any work & to ensure the execution of routine maintenance and modification activities works with Safety permit.
- Guide and support to junior team members for operation and maintenance activity in Utility and ETP.
- Verification of performance parameters and daily checklists on daily basis as per cGMP.
- Prepare the cGMP validation document of Utility & ETP.
