Must have
- 2+ years sales/counselling experience
- Healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Experience handling warm/inbound leads
- Comfortable with phone + WhatsApp follow-ups
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target/conversion oriented
- Comfortable handling sales conversations and objections

Strongly preferred
- IVF/infertility experience
- Fertility clinic experience
- Women's health experience
- Patient counselling experience
- Post-webinar sales experience
- Experience selling consultations, programs or other high-consideration healthcare services
- Experience working with webinar/digital marketing leads
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets
- Experience with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel or lead management systems
