Job Description
Lead the end-to-end sales efforts for real estate projects developed by the company, focusing on achieving and exceeding defined revenue targets. ✓ Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and revenue milestones. ✓ Oversee the complete customer lifecycle — from initial inquiry to site visit, booking, documentation, and final registration. ✓ Manage walk-ins, digital inquiries, and leads from channel partners. Monitor and optimize lead conversion metrics such as lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios. ✓ Personally handle key negotiations and closures for premium or bulk buyers, ensuring a personalized and high-impact experience. ✓Candidates should be from MALDA or COOCHBEHAR only
