Description
The Cloud Operations Engineering team ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud platforms through automation, observability, incident management, and continuous optimization. The team enables faster innovation by providing resilient cloud services, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer and developer experience across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities
GCP Infrastructure & Operations
- Build, configure, manage, and support highly available GCP environments.
- Own day-to-day technical operations of production and non-production cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage workloads running on GKE and other GCP services.
- Implement infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application deployment, scaling, and availability issues.
- Support migration and modernization of workloads from on-premises environments to GCP.

Kubernetes & Container Platform
- Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes/GKE clusters.
- Troubleshoot pods,



services, deployments, ingress, networking, storage, resource utilization, and cluster-level issues.
- Support Docker-based containerized applications.
- Implement scalable and highly available container platforms.
- Work closely with application teams to resolve deployment and runtime issues.

CI/CD & Automation
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational activities.
- Develop automation using Terraform, Python, Bash, and related tools.
- Improve deployment reliability through standardization and automation.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes/GKE and cloud infrastructure.

Networking & Security
- Troubleshoot GCP networking issues involving VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT, DNS, firewall rules, and load balancers.
