OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A;) teams supporting two US business units (USBU) within Takeda. This is a hands-on people-leadership role accountable for the quality, consistency, and business impact of all analytics delivered across the two BUs. Both Managers and Analysts report into this role. The Associate Director coaches and guides the team through their day-to-day work, ensures accountability for all deliverables, owns the analytics relationship with US I&A; leadership for both BUs, and remains willing and able
