Job Title: Product Solutions Consultant / Solutions Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-facing Product Solutions Consultant who will act as the bridge between customers, product management, engineering, and delivery teams. The role requires robust communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills to drive customer engagements, product demonstrations, and business discussions.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a product-based organization and possess a solid understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), customer adoption journeys, and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
- Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Drive customer communications, status updates, and follow-ups.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers and prospects.




- Create customer-specific demo scenarios and use cases.
- Deliver presentations to business users, product teams, architects, and leadership stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate product capabilities, roadmap, and business value.

Solution Consulting
- Convert customer requirements into solution recommendations.
- Prepare solution decks, business presentations, and executive proposals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to define solution approaches.
- Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives.

Product Lifecycle Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Understand product vision, roadmap, releases, and feature prioritization.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product improvements.
- Support product launch and adoption activities.
