The position combines Salesforce administration, information security, identity and access management, user support, data integrity, and enterprise systems operations.
You will work closely with users and external partners to prioritize improvements, manage changes, and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving organizational needs.

Accountabilities:
- Salesforce administration: Own the day-to-day administration and declarative configuration of Salesforce, including users and licenses, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, record types, page layouts, picklists, validation rules, and Flows.
- Identity and access management: Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes through the organization’s identity provider, apply least-privilege principles, conduct regular access reviews, and maintain clear, auditable records of system access.
