Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of our platform and drive its evolution as we scale. You will design, build, and maintain a multi-service application spanning backend, frontend, AI/ML services, and cloud infrastructure, while ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable. As we move deeper into client conversations, this role also requires you to represent engineering in client discussions and lead the design of integrations between our platform and external HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) products.

Role Details:
- Own the technical architecture of the platform end-to-end, including backend services, frontend applications, data stores, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and evolve a scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot,



deployed on AWS (with a growing footprint on GCP and Azure).
- Guide and review the development of Python FastAPI-based AI services, including integration with OpenAI and Vapi for conversational/voice AI use cases.
- Define data architecture and access patterns across MongoDB and Redis, ensuring performance, consistency, and cost efficiency at scale.
- Architect and oversee real-time communication features using WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging workflows via MSG91 (email/SMS) and WhatsApp.
- Set technical direction for the Angular, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS frontend, and the Electron-based desktop application, ensuring consistency, performance, and code quality.
- Establish and enforce standards for observability and monitoring using Grafana (backend/infra) and Sentry (frontend), including alerting and incident response practices.
- Own authentication and identity architecture across Microsoft SSO and related ident
