Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3-level support for server infrastructure and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical infrastructure issues.
- Handle server configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Work with infrastructure, network, database, and application teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
- Implement preventive measures to improve server stability and reliability.
- Support planned changes, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure adherence to infrastructure security, operational, and compliance standards.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
