Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Data Center projects, with a solid focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated building solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning,



installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closure while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Data Center BMS projects from kick-off to handover.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of:
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- HVAC Controls
- Electrical Monitoring Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control Systems (ACS)
- Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery within contractual commitments.
