Job Description:
• Experience in civil and interior fit-out execution, preferably inhospitals/healthcare projects.Solid knowledge of interior finishes and associated civil works.
• Experience managing fit-out projects from start to completion/handover.
• Prepare and monitor Master Plans, Look-Ahead Plans, and revised schedules.
• Track progress daily, weekly, and monthly and identify delays/recovery actions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, site teams,



and other stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS, progress reports, and schedule presentations for Senior Management.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings and track action items.
• Ensure quality and specification compliance during execution.
• Coordinate civil, interior, and MEP works, including MEP testing and commissioning, preferably in hospitals.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil),
