Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head – HSS Design to lead the structural design function with strong expertise in Hollow Structural Sections (HSS) / steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete structural design function for HSS / steel structure projects.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations and engineering deliverables.
- Lead design teams and provide technical guidance on complex structural requirements.
- Perform and review structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro, ETABS and IDEA StatiCa.
- Ensure structural designs comply with applicable Indian / international design codes and project specifications.
- Review connection design, load calculations, structural stability and member sizing.
- Coordinate with engineering, detailing, project and execution teams for design requirements.




- Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide cost-effective structural solutions.
- Review and approve design drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Requirements
Must Have:
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Structural Design / Steel Structures / HSS.
- M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in STAAD Pro / ETABS / IDEA StatiCa.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure design and connection design.
- Experience in leading a structural design team.
- Robust understanding of structural design codes, calculations and engineering practices.
