Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual & automation test cases.
- Test voice/AI interactions for accuracy, relevance and edge cases.
- Test ASR (speech-to-text), NLU and TTS components.
- Test APIs, web applications and data-intensive systems.
- Create positive/negative test scenarios and test data.
- Analyse audio and text logs and identify defects.
- Report, track and retest bugs with development teams.
- Perform integration, performance, scalability, reliability and regression testing.
- Build automation scripts/pipelines,



particularly using Python.
- Test multilingual, noisy-environment and real-world conversational scenarios.
