Job Description:

Position: Officer/Sr. Officer - QA/QC

Location: Dadra

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Inspection and testing as per Control plans/inspection requirements ( FG , Intermediates , RM & PM )
- layout inspection and functional testing as per plan and maintain records
- Maintaining Calibration of Instruments and Gauges records & co-ordination with agencies
- Maintain 5 S in dept.
- Dept Documentation as per IMS requirements.
- Analysis of Customer Complaints / Customer line rejections , RC , CAPA , Followup audit.
- Perform laboratory testing such as viscosity, gloss, pH, shade, drying time, and adhesion
- Approve or reject batches based on quality specifications
- Maintain QC/QA records, SOPs and documentation




- Monitor proper use and calibration of laboratory instruments

Required Skills
- Testing knowledge including Paint / RM / FG / Intermediates
- Communication in Shift working.
- Team Work
- SAP QC transaction working knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work in all shifts experience required.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
