About the Job Location: Bangalore | WFO Experience: 10-15 Years Function: Projects – Design & Build / PMC Delivery Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out, Design & Build, and PMC projects for corporate, GCC, and enterprise clients. The role requires solid leadership across planning, execution, quality management, stakeholder coordination, vendor control, and project governance, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, budgets, timelines, and Altre's delivery standards. This is a client-facing role requiring high ownership, technical depth, and strong communication skills to drive collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Mobilization Develop project charters, execution plans, and detailed delivery schedules aligned with client requirements. Coordinate design finalization, statutory approvals, and project mobilization.



Conduct project risk assessments and establish mitigation plans for time, cost, quality, and delivery risks. Establish project governance structures, milestones, reporting mechanisms, and escalation processes. 2. Project Execution & Monitoring Lead day-to-day project execution and monitor progress against defined milestones, schedules, dashboards, and reports. Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable statutory and safety standards. Review and control construction quality across project stages, including mock-ups, material inspections, and workmanship audits. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, scope boundaries, SLAs, performance obligations, and deliverable timelines. Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of works and materials. Conduct regular site coordination meetings and maintain daily and periodic project progress reports. 3. Cost, Quality & Compliance
