We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager who can lead our sales team, drive conversions, build solid client relationships and contribute to the growth of Trident Assets.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful property transactions.
- Track the complete sales funnel — Lead → Follow-up → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking → Closure .
- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through existing and new inventory.

2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and performance meetings.




- Monitor team productivity, site visits, follow-ups and conversions.
- Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge and client handling.
- Set clear targets and KPIs for each salesperson.

3. Client Management
- Handle high-value and important client enquiries personally.
- Understand client requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Guide clients towards suitable residential, commercial and investment properties.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
- Ensure a premium and professional client experience throughout the sales process.

4. Site Visits & Closures
- Accompany the team on important site visits when required.
- Assist sales executives in negotiations and closing deals.
- Coordinate with developers and their sales teams for bookings and documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients from enquiry to closure.
