- Handle customer service desk operations, collaborating with customers/shippers in coordination with the Sales Team. N
- Follow up on carting / stuffing & onboard confirmation whether same has been sent to clients on time. N
- Sending timely deliverystatus to the customer. N
- Quoting export rates toclients. N
- Follow up on upcoming shipments and sharing schedules of needed. N
- Rates filing with co-loaders for export shipments. N
- Maintaining detailed reports of all shipments. N
