About the role





We are looking for a seasoned Design Manager who can balance hands-on design with managing creative delivery across a diverse range of organizational and business initiatives.
The role requires someone with a strong understanding of both static and motion/video design, a sharp eye for craft and brand consistency, and the ability to mentor designers while maintaining a high standard of creative output. The Design Manager will work closely with stakeholders and external agencies to translate business requirements into effective creative solutions and ensure quality across the entire delivery process.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

1. Design & Creative Delivery
- Lead and execute design across organizational communications, campaigns, presentations, digital assets, social content, events and other business-facing requirements.
- Remain hands-on as an individual contributor, taking ownership of key and high-priority projects from brief through to final delivery.
