About the Role
- We are looking for a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join Finntutors and work closely with the founders in running and growing the business.
- This is a Founder’s Office role, which means you will not be limited to one specific function. You will work across different areas of the business depending on what needs to be done and where your contribution is most valuable.
- On one day, you may be helping develop a current course or improve existing content. On another, you may be speaking with prospective students, handling student queries, working on basic accounting tasks, coordinating an internal project or helping execute a new business initiative.
- The role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to how a growing a business works and how all parts of a business actually operate and is comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning quickly and taking ownership of their work.

What You Will Work On




Your responsibilities may include:
- Course creation and development – helping create, organise and improve course content and learning resources.
- Business operations – supporting the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring tasks are completed properly and on time.
- Student conversions and follow-ups – communicating with prospective students, understanding their requirements and helping convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Student support – responding to student queries and helping ensure a good student experience.
- Accounting and finance – assisting with basic accounting, financial records and other finance-related tasks.
- Projects and new initiatives – helping the founders research, plan and execute new ideas and projects.
- Team coordination – working with different members of the team to ensure activities move forward smoothly.
- Business growth – supporting activities aimed at achieving the company
