We are building a dedicated CRO department from the ground up. This is not a bolt-on role. You will be the foundation of a recent revenue-driving function within a high-growth agency.

The Role

We are looking for a Landing Page Developer and CRO Specialist who can build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and pre-landers for our ecommerce clients running Google and YouTube traffic.

You will work directly with our media buying teams to bridge the gap between ad click and purchase. Your pages will be the difference between a 1.3 ROAS and a 3.0 ROAS.

What You Will Do

•

Build custom landing pages, pre-landers, and advertorials from scratch for ecommerce DTC brands running Google and YouTube traffic

•





Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across page layouts, copy, CTAs, social proof placement, and offer presentation

•

Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, session recordings, scroll depth, rage clicks) to identify friction points and conversion blockers

•

Optimize page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals for paid traffic performance

•

Collaborate with media buyers to align page messaging with ad creative and audience intent

•

Build conversion-focused page templates that can be deployed rapidly across multiple client accounts

•

Produce 10+ landing page variations per day across the client portfolio

•

Implement tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion pixels) to ensure accurate attribution from landing page through to purchase

•

Report on page-level conversion metrics and recommend iterative improvements based on data
